v1.0.4 — Bundled CodeGraph, connected out of the box
New
Bundled CodeGraph CLI 1.6.0 (npm dependency, exact pin): the desktop app now ships its own indexer, no separate CLI install needed
Connection indicator in the repo manager: green = connected (version + bundled/system), yellow = version drift with reindex hint, red = CLI missing with install guidance
New GET /api/codegraph: reports CLI availability, source, and version alignment
Sync button degrades gracefully when the CLI is unavailable instead of failing silently
Security
All CLI invocations use shell=False (no more path injection); sync/uninit/reindex accept only discovered repo paths
Packaging
templates/ and static/ moved inside the Python package, so pip install . finally ships the full UI
Removed setup.py (its empty deps shadowed Flask); pyproject.toml is now the single source of truth
Compat
Compatible with the CodeGraph 1.6 schema (parent_id column removed): drill-down falls back automatically instead of returning an empty graph
Full i18n coverage (en-US / zh-TW)
Upgrade notes
Desktop: download and install over the previous version
From source: git pull, then npm install (bundled CLI) and pip install -r requirements.txt
If your global codegraph isn't 1.6.0, the indicator turns yellow; reindexing is recommended
