Fixes

• Verification honeypot rejoin link. When the honeypot kicks someone, the DM now carries a single-use, one-day invite back to the server they were kicked from. Before, every server got the same fixed link. If Gaia lacks the Create Invite permission, the DM tells them to contact the server's moderators instead.
• Restore documentation. The README now says what restore really does: it replaces the destination server (deletes channels and manageable roles, then rebuilds from the backup) after taking a verified safety backup. It is not a merge.

Upgrade

• Docker: docker compose pull && docker compose up -d.
• Give Gaia the Create Invite permission so kicked members get a working rejoin link. New install links already include it (permissions integer 2435902483).
