Interpolated string highlighting issues

Syntax highlighting for strings is not correct if you add ${value} in it, and it also does something wrong with the automatic adding of closing quote (which I suggested being turn offable)

I believe that this was fixed by http://codereview.chromium.org/9704033/. Please re-open this issue with instructions for how to re-produce the problem if you still see it.
