IntelliJ Dart plugin enum helper not respects namespace

Add missing case clauses action not prefixes enum with import namespace when generates the missing clauses

I am not sure how to detect the prefix, since it seems not found in the enum Element.

The only way to find the prefix is to ask each of the import directives whether the enum's element is in the imported namespace. It's possible for the element to be available through multiple imports, so this will produce a list. (We should probably have a utility for performing this search, though I doubt it exists already, and we might have implemented the search somewhere already, possible in one of the change builder classes. I think that writing a type will add the prefix if one is required.) You can then choose any of the prefixes from any of the imports (though we'd probably want to prefer the empty prefix if it exists).
