Skin, hair and eyes are drawn together from one joint distribution per country, so they go together: light hair with light eyes and fair skin, dark with dark, red hair with the fairest skin. Each trait keeps the country's shares exactly; only the pairing changes (in the US data 71% of blond people have blue eyes, where independent draws gave 27%). The strengths of the associations are authored from the literature, not fitted to a joint survey.

Breaking: the same seed gives a different skin, hair and eye colour than in v4. Everything else, the data hash and the country shares are unchanged. Loading the full tier takes about 1 ms longer.
