This PR:

  • adds information regarding the bi-weekly public workgroup meetings and adds a link to a public calendar. Previously, Quansight has managed a private calendar which has been a recurring maintenance burden. By moving to a public calendar, anyone can add/subscribe.
  • Additionally, while we have Community meetings #853, this is buried on the issue tracker. Moving this information to the README makes discovering that there are workgroup meetings a bit easier.
