Defining icons in the project

Required user role: ADMIN

Creating icons is optional. Wherever you choose an icon in the project settings, you can use one of the built-in Material Icons (by name, optionally with a colour) or a custom SVG icon from the Icons tab.

Custom icons can be used for:

• buckets (the Icon field, see Buckets),
• enum items (the Icon field, see Enums).

Adding an icon

1. Open Settings → Icons.
2. Click Load from file and select an SVG file.
3. The icon is added with the file name as its name. You can rename it later by editing the row.

The SVG must be 24×24: if the file sets viewBox, width or height, they have to be viewBox="0 0 24 24", width="24px" (or 24) and height="24px" (or 24). Icons are drawn in the current theme colour, or in the colour selected for the bucket.

Icon fields:

• Image - preview of the icon
• Name - icon name (3-200 characters)
• Created by - creator name
• Created at - creation date and time
• Modified by - last modifier
• Modified at - last modification date and time

A bucket keeps its own copy of the selected icon, so changing or removing an icon in this tab doesn't change buckets that already use it.
