OpenConstructionERP v18.9.0

OpenConstructionERP 18.9.0 adds ten modules and a long list of everyday improvements for estimators, procurement teams and site managers.

For estimating, a bill can now be forked into branches that are compared and merged position by position, edited like a spreadsheet, traced to the drawing sheet and revision each quantity came from, and exported with markups folded into the unit rates. New modules read supplier quotes into a levelled comparison, optimise cutting of bars and sheets, and compare two drawing revisions and raise RFIs from the changes. Exports and imports now report what did not survive the trip.

For tendering and finance, sealed submissions keep bids hidden until an audited opening, priced GAEB X84 files import as bids with a check against the bill, and addenda with bidder questions track who has acknowledged what. A guarantee and bond register, a WIP schedule with over and under billing, a portfolio cash-flow forecast, payroll periods and cost benchmarks are new. Pakistan and Egypt country packs are included; their figures are marked for review by a local specialist and no rate lists ship with them.

On site, a geofenced time clock, offline field records, photo evidence on punch items, handover dossiers, a last planner board, site sensors and meeting minutes from audio (after a consent notice, with every proposal confirmed by a person) are new. Documents, emails and exports follow the reader's language, including scripts that used to print as boxes.

The macOS build is for Apple Silicon only. On an Intel Mac, install with pip or Docker.
