Formal documents go out on the company's own letterhead. Many owners and lenders accept an RFI or a payment application only on the contractor's letterhead, and until now the PDFs carried the app logo at best. Settings has a new Company & documents tab where an administrator sets a formal document logo, which can differ from the logo in the menu, along with the legal name, address, registration line, phone, email and website, and downloads a sample PDF to check the result before anything is sent. The RFI, the AIA G702 and G703 payment application, the closeout cover, the punch list and the file transmittal print that letterhead at the top of the first page, and the footer names the company instead of the product. The meeting minutes, the daily diary, the dashboard report, the regulator reports and the tender award and rejection letters carry it too; the tender letters used to reach bidders under the product's name. The cover of the bill of quantities PDF opens with the letterhead in place of the large workspace name, and the property sale documents name the company as their author when the development has no name. A document template can switch the letterhead off. Without a company profile every document prints exactly as before. A logo in an unsupported format or over the size limit is refused with a message that says which, and the logo already stored stays in place.

The punch list has an Export PDF button. The punch list PDF existed on the server but nothing in the app offered it.

The G703 continuation sheet fits the page. Its table was wider than the printable area of a landscape page, so the right-hand columns, retainage among them, ran into the margin and some printers cut them off. The closeout cover title no longer overprints itself when a long project name wraps onto a second line, and the page number of the daily diary no longer prints over the supervisor line. The summary heading and the prepared-by line on the bill of quantities cover sit on the page centre; they were pushed right with spaces and landed well off the axis of the title.

Tabs on the contracts, finance and subcontractors pages can be linked to. The tab, and on the subcontractors page the open subcontractor, is kept in the address, so a link or a browser refresh opens the same view.

Funding checks and errors answer in the user's language. The findings on a funding application and the errors from the funding screens were English in every language, and the funding module used several words for the same thing. Both now read one way in every language the app offers, and the findings reload when the language changes.
