18.2.0 puts a person in charge of every AI suggestion. The position copilot no longer writes anything on its own: each change arrives in a review list with the value before and after and a confidence score, and nothing is applied until you press Apply. One Ctrl+Z takes the whole review back, and a locked bill now refuses the copilot, drawing pushes and every import.

Approved change orders that never reached the schedule of values can be added one by one or marked as already counted, with the decision kept in the audit log. Records other work depends on stay steady: final cost reports, worked resource assignments, closed corrective actions, billed pay applications, awarded tender packages and finished AI estimator runs can no longer be changed or deleted behind your back.

A Hungarian budget now imports with its quantities, separate material and labour rates, item codes and contingency line. Deactivated users no longer receive mail, digests go out once, and large Excel, CSV and PDF exports no longer stall the server for everyone else.

The desktop app no longer calls out on a healthy start. It checks for a new version once a day, shows it when there is one, and keeps a Check for updates button in About. The Windows build is ready to sign every file it installs once a certificate is in place.
