OpenConstructionERP v18.6.2

A small follow-up to 18.6.1 for anyone running the owner's project control pack in a language other than English.

Gate conditions, blockers and areas at risk now show the names of the areas instead of internal codes, and the readiness evidence for economics, the project handbook, the brief and permits is described in words rather than raw status values. The pack activation dialog uses the translated pack name, so a German project reads Bauherren-Projektsteuerung. The approval routes of the German demo project are named in German too; reseed the demo after updating to see them.

The macOS build is for Apple Silicon only. On an Intel Mac, install with pip or Docker.
