Patch release fixing two regressions from the 2.2.0 admin UX redesign.

Fixed

  • API token / base URL / colour fields silently failing to save on the new Settings page. Legacy admin.js (which intercepts the form submit and POSTs to wp_ajax_dataflair_save_settings) was not being enqueued on the new dataflair-settings hook; the form fell back to a native POST to options.php. Added the hook to ADMIN_HOOKS.
  • Dashboard API Health tile resetting to 'Unknown' after the 60s throttling transient expired. Handler now persists every ping to a permanent dataflair_api_health_last option in addition to the transient. Dashboard reads transient → option → unknown, and renders a 'Checked X ago' subline. Refresh button preserves previous status on failure.
