v2.2.5 — Gutenberg block rendering fix

Fixed

• Gutenberg block was never registered in the canonical Plugin::registerHooks() bootstrap, so the DataFlair Toplist block silently rendered empty on both editor and frontend.
• Switched block render-callback wiring to use the register_block_type_args filter instead of a duplicate register_block_type() call, eliminating a WP_Block_Type_Registry double-registration fatal.

Upgrade notes

No action needed beyond updating the plugin. Existing pages using the Gutenberg block will render correctly without re-saving.
