v2.2.8 — Gutenberg block inserter fix

• The DataFlair Toplist Gutenberg block never appeared in the block inserter search. 2.2.5/2.2.6 replaced the register_block_type() call with only a register_block_type_args filter, on the mistaken assumption that WordPress auto-discovers plugin block.json files — it doesn't, so the filter had nothing to attach to and the block's editorScript (index.js) never got enqueued on the block editor. Restored the real register_block_type() call (render callback + version in args, as in 2.2.4) alongside the double-registration guard (as in 2.2.5), combining both fixes correctly this time.

Upgrade notes

Supersedes 2.2.4–2.2.7. If you're on any of those, update directly to this version — the block editor won't show the DataFlair Toplist block until you do.
