First major of this fork line. BC breaks relative to 1.10.1.

Removed the ServiceManager v2 back-compat shims, including 13 call sites on the v2 abstract-factory API in the test suite. Each removed method proxied a v3 method the class already implemented.

Added 189 native return types where neither a signature nor a docblock supplied one. Adding a return type constrains subclasses, so this is a break for anything extending these classes — RestController in particular.

Constraints on sibling forks widened to accept their new majors.

Retired phpunit 10 and added a monthly dependabot configuration. Removed the tracked .coveralls.yml.

69 doc-comment annotations converted to attributes across five files — the largest such migration in the family, covering a 327-test suite.

Fixed four data-provider arity mismatches. Two providers are shared by tests with different signatures; phpunit 12 reports that as a warning and CI runs with --fail-on-warning. Three derived providers now project the columns each test needs, preserving data set names.

Development tooling now at phpunit ^11.0 || ^12.0 || ^13.0, psalm ^6.14, laminas-coding-standard ^3.1.

No runtime behaviour changes. The only src/ edits are #[Override] attributes and their imports, so this is a patch release.

Dependency declarations fixed

Five mis-declared production dependencies — the most of any package in this sweep. Three were in require-dev despite being used by src/; two were not declared at all.

• laminas-mvc ^3.0.2 → ^3.8 plus a datasage/laminas-mvc VCS repository entry; upstream laminas-mvc has no 8.5 release.
• Remaining floors raised so --prefer-lowest is installable across the whole declared range.
• vimeo/psalm ^5 → ^6.14; baseline regenerated; one dead InternalMethod suppression removed.
• Removed 12 no-op setAccessible() calls from test/, deprecated in 8.5.
• config.platform.php 8.1.99 → 8.2.99.
• CI: .laminas-ci.json now excludes doc linting instead of ignoring platform requirements; removed release-on-milestone-closed.yml.

This package does not depend on laminas-test, so phpunit stays at ^10.

No src/ changes.

CI green on 8.2, 8.3, 8.4 and 8.5 across locked, lowest and latest. 327 tests, 705 assertions.
