First major of this fork line. BC breaks relative to 1.10.1.

Removed the ServiceManager v2 back-compat shims, including 13 call sites on the v2 abstract-factory API in the test suite. Each removed method proxied a v3 method the class already implemented.

Added 189 native return types where neither a signature nor a docblock supplied one. Adding a return type constrains subclasses, so this is a break for anything extending these classes — RestController in particular.

Constraints on sibling forks widened to accept their new majors.
