- No longer need CDS
- Compatible with Boost 1.41 (RHEL 6.4)
- Compatible with C++98
- Fixed race conditions
- OSX no-longer attempts to build OpenSSL, it uses the system version
- Compatible with cmake 2.6.4 (RHEL 6.4)
- Fixed OSX builds
