  • No longer need CDS
  • Compatible with Boost 1.41 (RHEL 6.4)
  • Compatible with C++98
  • Fixed race conditions
  • OSX no-longer attempts to build OpenSSL, it uses the system version
  • Compatible with cmake 2.6.4 (RHEL 6.4)
  • Fixed OSX builds

- Add uvint.hpp/cpp with encode/decode functions matching Go driver
- Implement exact Go driver UVINT algorithm with leading 1-bits encoding
- Add comprehensive unit tests with Go driver test vectors
- Validate byte-perfect compatibility with Go implementation
- All tests pass: UVINT(0)=00, UVINT(127)=7F, UVINT(128)=8080, etc.

Foundation ready for vector serialization implementation.
