Hunch 1.47.2 — role-aware subagent grounding

• Delegated agents are only told to call tools they have. SubagentStart grounding names the hunch_* MCP tools only when the agent's role can use them; a role whose tools list leaves them out still gets the relevant components, decisions or constraints, without instructions it cannot follow (#551).
• The prompt hook picks a task's memory from the human's words. Host-injected blocks around a prompt (<system-reminder>, browser instructions, task notifications) no longer steer which records are selected for the task or make a prompt read as a bare follow-up (#551).
• Browser-extension instruction blocks (<browser_instruction>) no longer trigger the "this looks like a correction" nudge (#551).
