First release of TextPlus2SRT (tp2srt)
Support for exporting track to srt and updating back the track
Note:
- When updating a track only update the text, not the timing
- When updating, the update is done by id, not time
- Tested on Ubuntu 24.04LTS with DaVinci Resolve 19
