[BUG]: TypeScript errors in Scroll Velocity component

Hello hello,

While adding the Scroll Velocity component to one of my projects, I have noticed it has some TS errors.

I can crate a PR to resolve these errors.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a Vue/Nuxt project
2. Add Scroll Velocity from Vue-Bits
3. Run the app or open ScrollVelocity component and you will see TS errors being highlighted
