Fixes two things a new customer meets on their first visit, and refreshes the Plugin Manager buttons. No database changes from v1.2.3, and nothing to reconfigure after upgrading.
Fixed
- The activation messages now show. When a customer clicked their activation link, the login page was meant to say their account was active, along with any pricing group, wholesale level or coupon assigned to them, or that the link was invalid or expired. Neither message ever appeared. Both do now.
- A clearer first sign-in. Each account starts with an empty placeholder address for the customer to fill in, and Zen Cart greeted them with "Sorry, but we no longer accept billing or shipping addresses in """. Now they're sent to add their address with "Your account has no address on file. Please add your address to continue." Their first address replaces the placeholder, becomes their primary address, and they go on to the page they were heading for. A customer who already added an address while the placeholder stayed primary is repaired automatically at sign-in.

Tested on Zen Cart 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 3.0, and alongside Social Contact Footer v1.0.5, which uses the same address handling.
