Ikaruga 0.1 for macOS

The first build of the port: Ikaruga.app for macOS 15 or later on Apple silicon, with SDL3 inside.

• It needs the disc image of your own copy of Ikaruga, the Japanese GD-ROM (T38706M, version 1.002), as a .gdi with its tracks. At its first start the app asks for the .gdi.
• The app has no Developer ID signature, so macOS blocks it at its first start. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and choose Open Anyway.
• It was played on macOS 26 only. Its build checks that it uses nothing newer than macOS 15.
