What this does
Clarifies how to communicate in the course. There were some glaring
TODOs and I had thought we'd have a Slack group, but we do not.Note
While this touches assignments, it does not change them in any way so I won't be getting quorum approval to merge this. This simply redirects how to reach out about problems ✨
