• Activity tab backed by observe RPC — the Dashboard calls
  /dsh-maestro-observe directly (trace with kind: 'tool', errors,
  latency) and renders calls-by-tool, error groups (tool + signature +
  count + last seen), and latency p50/p95/p99. The tab hides entirely when
  observe is not installed. No overlap with Usage (cost/tokens/sparkline/
  budget/pricing) or Plugins (versions/status). Client-only change: a browser
  refresh loads it, no host restart needed (#25).

Noted

• Per-tool token attribution is structurally zero today (usage is captured on
  step records with tool: null), so tools are counted from the recent trace
  ring; latency_ms is not captured yet, so the latency section shows an
  honest empty state. Both are observe-capture follow-ups, not dashboard gaps.
