Rename to dsh-spend-pill (0.2.1) to avoid clashing with an existing community cost plugin. Same functionality as 0.2.0: 2026 holiday calendar, request-time peak/off-peak pricing, configurable prices/holidays, per-model costs, unit tests and CI.
