Cost pill accuracy and configurability release.

  • 2026 Chinese public-holiday calendar: holidays bill off-peak.
  • Peak/off-peak now decided by the request time, not the settlement time.
  • Prices, aliases, fallback model and the holiday list are configurable through the plugin Config; changing them re-prices persisted checkpoints via a config-derived stateVersion.
  • The dialog lists cost per model.
  • lib/cost.js is a dependency-free fold with 14 unit tests; GitHub Actions runs checks on push and PR.
  • README is Chinese-first with an interface illustration.
