  • Synchronize with upstream: microsoft/ClearScript version 7.4.5
  • Get the code to compile
  • Run unit tests. I skipped tests covering VBScript and JScript.
  • Remove TypesCache. The surrounding code changed too much, and with my optimizations, we will never hit this code path ever again anyway
  • Remove MonoPInvokeCallbackAttribute. Afaict, it did nothing, and I want to keep the diff between us and upstream as small as possible so that future synchs are not needlessly labour intensive
