Windows adaptation of the dsh-superagent prototype (upstream 6337fc8 + windows-compat 62a65da).

Fixes on top of windows-compat

• worker-gitconfig (win32): http.sslBackend = schannel + schannelCheckRevoke = false — GIT_CONFIG_NOSYSTEM=1 skips the system gitconfig, which made worker git fall back to OpenSSL and fail with CRYPT_E_NO_REVOCATION_CHECK
• Feishu Source ready: generalized lark-bot wrapper (env-driven) with MSYS path repair, self-held stdin, and proper command-line quoting

• dsh-superagent-windows.tgz — install into a DSH profile (dsh plugin --profile <name> add <tgz> or via the plugin market from this GitHub repo)
