v0.1.1

@seungzin seungzin tagged this 11 Oct 14:31
Implements WVP wvp-0.1 and wvp-0.2, Evidence Statement v1, Work Contract
Language 1, work-unit identity v1 and claim registration v1: all drafts.
Checked against the published corpus, dekrops/wvp at
c7c9de2a7e8ad67e7dcee46d5c5f7fc2edccb797.

A patch release: the library API of verified-canonical, verified-protocol,
verified-contract, verified-verifier and verified-work-unit only grew since
v0.1.0. A consumer pinned to v0.1.0 moves without changes.

For consumers of the library:
- #28 Report::to_value, and to_value on Finding, DecisionFinding and
  IssuerSignature, return the verify JSON of docs/sdk/json-output.md;
  NotChecked::as_str names a reason. A binding can drop its own copy of
  that mapping.
- #26 evidence::Anchor::from_value and Anchor::to_value read and write an
  anchor in the corpus's form. verify_chain now finds a fork in one pass
  instead of comparing every pair of statements.

For users of the command:
- #26 verified evidence chain: checks that statements are one unbroken run
  of an issuer's stream, from its first step or from a kept anchor.
- #30 verified --version prints 0.1.1.

For the project (no change to what the tool does):
- #23, #24 Coverage-guided fuzz targets for every kind of untrusted input,
  in a separate workspace on a pinned nightly.
- #25 The checks run on Windows too, and are required there.
- #27 CI compares the library API with the last tag;
  docs/development/releasing.md.
- #29 Decision 0007 records the Python SDK, dekrops/verified-python.
- #31 A README header and wordmark; verified --help opens with the name
  and version and shows where to start. --version is unchanged.

Nothing is published to a package registry.
