There is no csdb-vX.Y.Z-data.zip file: replace X.Y.Z with required version number: e.g. latest release as I write is 2.2.2

But to import we need CSEXP file how do we get this?

CSEXP files relate to CodeSnip, not this project. CSEXP files are exported from CodeSnip and can be shared with others to import into their CodeSnip snippets.
