⚠ BREAKING CHANGES

  • renames summary fields like cost_evals to n_f_evals, adds n_g_evals and n_h_evals in some summaries, and removes some extraneous fields and methods in a few statuses/summaries. This also unifies the use of "chain" instead of "get_chain" and "get_flat_chain" in the Python API.

Bug Fixes

  • Remove attempts to import ganesh from within the Rust code in tests (this isn't actually that useful anyway I don't think) (d73aa19)
  • Reorganize python library a bit so imports are in the right places and tests pass, and add pytest to precommit to avoid future problems (038770b)
  • Update docstrings for Python interfaces and make Status and Summary naming conventions more consistent (43b6b00)
