Capital C connects again with the last connection, using the same mode and the same route, direct or through Pat. Lowercase c still opens Connect, and the ? sheet lists both.

Typing a position by hand in Position report no longer sends the cursor to the Close button after every keystroke, and a browser location that arrives late no longer overwrites what you typed. Caps Lock no longer turns c into a quick connect or r into Reply all.

The macOS downloads are now signed, notarized disk images: phat_0.1.5_aarch64.dmg for Apple silicon and phat_0.1.5_x64.dmg for Intel. This release also updates golang.org/x/net and is built with current Go releases, which fixes 13 known vulnerabilities in Go's networking, TLS, file and template code the 0.1.4 builds carried.

Phat 0.1.4

Messages can now be downloaded as B2F, EML or plain text, from the toolbar or with d. Several selected messages download as one zip. Phat also has its own logo, in the browser tab and in notifications.

This is the first release with downloads: Linux on amd64 and arm64 with kernel AX.25, Windows on amd64, and macOS on Apple silicon and Intel. A Docker image for amd64 and arm64 is at ghcr.io/denmojo/phat. The README's Installing section covers each one.

Phat 0.1.3

Phat no longer carries Pat's Winlink API key, at the request of Pat's maintainer. Until Phat has a key of its own, it can't download the RMS gateway list, create a Winlink account or set a password recovery email; the README explains what to use instead. Phat can now connect through a running Pat, which Winlink accepts by name, and it shows Pat's session in its own page. Phat's web port is now 8081, so it starts beside Pat with no flags. On first run with Pat installed, Phat asks whether to connect through it. phat templates from-pat and phat rmslist --from-pat copy Pat's current forms and RMS list, and Update forms runs in Pat when Phat uses Pat's forms.

Phat 0.1.2

Press n with a message open to start a new one, as it already did from the list. A message waiting in the Outbox now has an Edit button. Send replaces the queued copy with the edited one, and a refused send or a Discard leaves the original as it was.

Keyboard shortcuts across the mailbox: press ? for the list. Up and down arrows in an open message step to the previous and next message without going back to the list. A tooltip on the Phat name spells out Polished Ham Airmail Tool.
