DEOOS 0.7.0 alpha 2

Durable execution on object storage.

Updates Apache-2.0 licensing, package metadata and wording. Includes a short README, runnable examples, both SDKs, the server and checksums. Engine and SDK versions remain 0.7.0; execution behavior is unchanged from alpha.1.

Mac Apple Silicon only. Other platforms coming. Python and TypeScript packages were tested in library and server modes against local APFS and RustFS.

Keep matching engine/SDK packages together. External effects require destination idempotency; no production HA guarantee.
