新特性
- 语义图谱检索（Graph RAG）：新增
argo/scripts/graph-rag/ 语义检索运行时与 Neo4j 向量存储适配，支持嵌入资质门控、生产级语义投影/回填；getSystemArchitecture 支持语义查询（purpose + intent）。
- 自定义 Agent 随包部署：新增
argo/agents/（公众号发布员 wechat-publisher），install-argo.ps1 将 .agent.md 部署到 Copilot / Cursor / OpenCode，并自动转换 frontmatter（保留 name/description/model，去除 VS Code 专属字段）。
- 插件系统与启动闸门：新增
argo/plugins/argo-wakeup.js 并注册到 OpenCode 插件数组；规则新增 UNCONDITIONAL STARTUP GATE（STEP 0 启动闸门），对 OpenCode / Copilot / Cursor 全部生效。
- 新增 MCP 工具：
getArchitectureViewContext、runArchitectureTests、validateStageHandoff、validateTraceProposal 等。
- 新增 Schema：
IntentToImplementationHandoff、ImplementationToCodingHandoff、ImplementationToIntentTraceProposal。
- 全局 server 动态发现工作区：MCP server 通过
roots/list 请求解析当前工作区，多工作区时优先选择含 design/KG/SystemArchitecture.json 的根。
- 新增 Skill：
create-agent-for-actor（为 Business Actor 创建 Agent 定义并在意图图谱中登记 agent 属性）。
规则与文档
- 工作流规则（AGENTS.md）全面英文化，并明确长期记忆为 Business Actor 下的 SUBVIEW 层级。
- 统一模板来源：
argo/defaults 内置默认 SystemArchitecture.json 与 EA feap 模板。
测试
- 部署与全局安装测试（
tests/argo-deploy.test.js、tests/argo-global-install.test.js）8/8 通过。
