Fixes

  • Fix Short::formatHex() leading-zero truncation. BigInteger's hex conversion strips most-significant zeros, but the previous str_pad() call relied on PHP's STR_PAD_RIGHT default, which corrupted any UUIDv4 starting with hex 0 (~6% of all v4 UUIDs) and broke every UUIDv7 round-trip (v7's timestamp prefix is 01… for the next several thousand years). With the fix, both built-in converters round-trip v4/v6/v7 consistently.
