Improvements

• New SearchManagerAddFilterTask for IDE autocomplete on the second parameter of \Search\Manager::add(). Supports the built-in Search plugin filters (Value, Like, Boolean, Callback, Compare, Exists, Finder) and discovers custom filters from App\Model\Filter\ and plugins. Only activates when the Search plugin is loaded. Register via IdeHelper.generatorTasks in config/app.php, then run bin/cake generate phpstorm.
• Deprecate AuthServiceLoadIdentifierTask::loadIdentifier(). The method will go away in favor of passing identifiers directly to authenticators in a future major.
