Fixes

• BBCode and Markdown converters now apply their configured options (for example escape or allow_unsafe_links from the helper config or the Bbcode/Markdown Configure keys). Before, only options passed per call took effect. #25
• JsHighlighter::highlight() honors a per-call tabToSpaces option. #25

Upgrade notes

• An unknown Djot profile name now throws InvalidArgumentException. It used to be ignored, which left all markup features enabled. #25
• Extra keys in the Markdown helper config or Configure key are now passed to CommonMark as environment options. Remove keys that CommonMark does not know.
