Registered-user site portal and administrator staff desk, private attachments, notifications, and production hardening from the former internal 1.0.x line (numbering reset to 1.0.0).

Highlights

• Portal: own tickets list/create/view/reply, priority, close/reopen (Close with confirm)
• Admin staff desk: tickets, categories, trash, Tools hubs (Email / Options)
• Private attachments (admin + portal), configurable types/folder, optional Scheduler purge
• Email: Immediate (default) or Queued via Scheduler; portal-only author-copy
• Atomic admin saves (version lock); ZIP magic-byte check; installer per-ALTER logging
• Privacy, Action Log, and task plugins; 15 locales

Notes

• Requires Joomla 6.0+ and PHP 8.3.0+
• Install/update with the full pkg_devartsupport package only
• Installing over former internal 1.0.x builds is supported
• Guest tickets, assignment, modules, and live chat remain out of scope
