Changes

• Idempotency protection for Przelewy24 and PayU webhook notifications — prevents duplicate pledge creation on retried notifications (transient-based lock, 5 min TTL)
• Fixed i18n text domain — all __() calls now use literal 'wdf' string (WordPress.org automated scanner requirement)
• Renamed display name to "Simple Donations" per WordPress.org guidelines (WP prefix not allowed)
• WordPress.org assets — icons (128x128, 256x256), banners (772x250, 1544x500), screenshots, and readme.txt in WP.org format

Download wp-simple-donations.zip below, upload via Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin in WordPress admin.
