Upgrade notes

• Start a new session after the update: Claude Code loads the hooks when a session starts.
• The Stop hook runs in the background, as PreToolUse already did: the end of a turn no longer waits for it.

Fixed

• The cache countdown could show more time than the cache had left. When the prompt carried attachments, the timer started at the attachment, not at the request: seconds late in most cases, minutes in a few. It now starts at the request.
• With a mod loaded, the cache countdown stayed one request behind after each turn (low by up to a minute and a half), and each turn end took about 1 s more.
