HERDR_WEB_PASTE_DIR saves pasted and attached files to one directory instead of .herdr-web-ui/ in each pane's project. It is read by the server, for the panes of its own
PC; a remote PC keeps the default.

The Antigravity plan meter appears on Linux, where the CLI has no keychain and keeps its
sign-in in ~/.gemini/antigravity-cli/antigravity-oauth-token (or under ANTIGRAVITY_APP_DATA_DIR). When a keychain item and the file both exist, the later-expiring
one is used, as the Claude meter already does.

Settings → Appearance → Colors → Catppuccin: the Catppuccin palette,
Mocha in dark and Latte in light, laid out as Catppuccin's Zed theme does. Latte's accent and
agent-state colors are darkened just enough to stay readable on its light surfaces.

Settings → Alerts → Sound makes an open tab chime when a pane needs input or finishes. It is
the page's own audio, so it is heard when a macOS Focus or Do Not Disturb silences system
notifications. Off until chosen; the tab needs one tap or key before it may play.

Fixed
On an Android phone, dragging down at the top of a chat no longer reloads the app. The drag
was handed on to the page, where Chrome takes it for pull-to-refresh, so reading back
through a conversation kept ending in a reload.

The app starts on a PC where port 7317 cannot be opened. On Windows with Hyper-V, WSL2 or Docker
that port can sit in a range Windows reserves, and the first install ended in "did not start
within 25 seconds" with nothing listening. With no PORT set, the app now takes the next of
17317, 27317, 37317 and 47317 that opens, says which, and keeps it for later starts. A PORT
you set is never changed: a start says at once that it cannot be opened, and why.
(#415)
A start that fails says what the server said: the installers and the Windows start showed only
where the log was. A server that exits is reported at once instead of after 20 seconds.
(#415)
A notice the agent's runtime puts into a chat is titled by what it says. Every one read Background result delivered, also OmO's model-profile warning and gjc's incoming messages.
Only a background result keeps that title; any other notice shows its own first line.

The bell says what this device does. It read as off while in-app alerts still dropped in,
on a browser that had not been asked for notification permission, and it was missing where
notifications are blocked or unsupported (plain http). It now reads Alerts on in the app
only there, and turns those alerts off and on. The first tap on a device that has not
answered the permission question still asks it.
