Please resolve the merge conflicts by checking the updated Readme & currently each & every script is inside a folder |

I feel that in the spirit of README's this should be done with a MarkDown table as opposed to HTML. While I know that HTML is valid within MarkDown, you can also make tables. It would clean up the code quite a bit while also keeping things simple. |
