Teams can register their own agent providers as signed project state. Agent
identities now describe the runtime they actually use without waiting for a
new Agent Comms binary.

Added

  • Register, inspect, retire and reactivate project providers through the CLI,
    MCP and TUI. The owner or an active orchestrator can manage them.
  • Register agents under a project provider such as gemini; interactive CLI
    and TUI registration can create a missing provider first.

Security

  • Updated site dependencies to clear the high-severity npm audit advisories
    found during release validation.
