Patch release: model services register again when published on another port, and console sample data carries the config's covariates.

Fixed

• Services register with the orchestrator when the advertised port differs from the port they bind (CLIM-1248). Chapkit now requires servicekit 2.0.3, whose readiness probe targets the local bind port instead of SERVICEKIT_PORT. A model image started with uvicorn main:app --port 8000 (as generated by chapkit init) and run with -p 18701:8000 and SERVICEKIT_PORT=18701, needed when the orchestrator runs on the Docker host, previously timed out with registration.readiness_timeout and skipped registration; it now registers as <SERVICEKIT_HOST>:18701. • GET /api/v1/ml/$generate-sample-data now loads the config named by config_id and includes its additional_continuous_covariates in the generated train and predict frames (historic and future), typed as number in the schema. Previously the id was only echoed back, so training or predicting from the console on sample data failed inside the model on the missing columns. The console Predict page passes the selected training artifact's config_id, so predict samples carry the trained model's covariates. (#121, CLIM-1214)

Changed

• $generate-sample-data returns 404 for an unknown config_id and 400 for a malformed one, instead of silently echoing it. (#121)
• Dependency updates: servicekit 2.0.3, geojson-pydantic 2.2.0, and frontend and GitHub Actions dependency groups. (#122, #123, #124, #125)

Upgrading

No code changes required. Model images need to be rebuilt on chapkit 2.1.3 to pick up the registration fix; for an orchestrator on the Docker host, set SERVICEKIT_HOST=host.docker.internal and SERVICEKIT_PORT to the published host port. Callers of $generate-sample-data that passed a config_id which does not exist now get a 404.
