Bug-fix release.

  • Search race fix: the File menu could replace the in-memory index while a search was reading it (heap-use-after-free); menu actions are now gated like the buttons.
  • Score calibration: identical keypoint-free images now reach 1.0 instead of topping out at 0.72, so the default 50% threshold behaves the same on every library.
  • Deleted files no longer resurface as ghost results; CLI threshold is validated (0-100); progress math overflow fixed; Windows whole-drive scans skip system folders.
  • New self-test cases cover the default threshold and score ceiling.
