MixDial 1.0.0

First release.

• The game/chat mix dial controls per-app volume on the headset's output device (chat apps follow chat, everything else follows game)
• Tray icon showing the current mix, optional on-screen popup while turning the dial
• Battery level / charging state, connect / disconnect / low battery notifications
• Chat app picker in the tray menu, Start with Windows

Compatible with SteelSeries Arctis 7+, 7P+, 7X+ and 7+ Destiny on Windows 10/11. Close SteelSeries GG before running.

The exe is unsigned, so SmartScreen may warn on first run. If Smart App Control blocks it, run from source with Start-MixDial.ps1 (see README).
