"Standard" isn't quite accurate for OpenTaco

Currently the OpenTaco site reads: "Introducing Project OpenTaco, the Open Standard for Terraform Automation", but feedback from the launch suggests that Standard isn't quite accurate:

Some suggestions from Digger Slack community member:

Framework could work

Toolkit? (If you think the components can stand alone and might be swapped in/out for alternatives)

Framework implies tightly integrated

Toolkit implores components can be used independently

Toolchain would land somewhere in between

E.g. flux calls itself a “gitops toolkit”

Which makes sense since you can use parts of it without adopting the whole thing
