Injection capture has been redesigned for Pi 1.1. Instead of freezing the first request (Initial),
it now captures every request and compares it with the saved session. This shows request-only
injections that were invisible before: changes from later handlers, deleted or modified messages,
forced prompts, and tools Pi hides.
