Licensing

Project-owned code is source-available under PolyForm Noncommercial 1.0.0 (LICENSE), not OSI-approved open source. Noncommercial use is free subject to those terms. Commercial permission is separate: dev0jsh@gmail.com.

Third-party code remains under its original licenses (THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md). Contributions use the project license; there is no implied CLA or automatic relicensing grant. Additional commercial rights require explicit agreement with the contributor.
