Keel 0.8.0
Keel 0.8.0 adds two Site Health reports to help administrators investigate database autoload pressure and delayed background work.
- Autoload attribution: see the ten largest observed autoloaded options, byte sizes, probable owners and attribution confidence. Option values never enter the report or its cache.
- Cron and update delivery: inspect overdue and frequent stored events alongside core-update offer-cache age and retained failure codes. Event arguments and failure data stay out of the report. An external scheduler or an incomplete snapshot is reported explicitly.
- Accessible tables: cron tables remain readable on narrow screens through named, keyboard-focusable scrolling regions.
- Clearer documentation: the existing 42 controls are configurable settings; some depend on others or are centrally managed.
Saved settings and defaults are unchanged. Reports use bounded, cached background collection. They never delete options, change autoload flags, run observed jobs or change update policy. Names and sizes alone do not prove waste, attribution can be uncertain, and no update installation time is promised.
After updating, visit Tools → Site Health. A cold report may initially await background collection; recheck after your normal scheduler runs. Completed snapshots are cached for up to one hour.
